The 1911 New York Yankees (Road) Cooperstown Fitted Hat takes you back to the era of George Herman "Babe" Ruth, Lou Gehrig and Hilltop Park. In 1911 the team was called the New York Highlanders and changed their name to "Yankees" for the 1913 season. This charcoal grey fitted hat has the famous 3D navy blue "NY" symbol embroidered onto the front and is accented with matching eyelets and contrasting navy brim and button. The underside of the brim is dark green (remember when all caps were like that) and each hat has the official Cooperstown Collection label which includes the vintage 1911 New York Yankees symbol and year of issue.
