E-Commerce Orders
Clients have a number of options for payment. Cupstuff has an e-commerce on-line option that accepts Visa, Mastercard and JCB credit cards. These transactions will be billed in your choice of Canadian, U.S. or Euro dollars. Our e-commerce provider is Worldpay based in Virginia (U.S.A.) and Great Britain which uses a highly secure SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology protecting your credit card information and privacy. All e-commerce orders will be processed through Worldpay and will appear on your monthly credit card statement as "Worldpay". Canadian orders will only be billed sales tax (PST and GST will be added to orders from Ontario residents, HST for residents of Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick and GST for all other Canadian provinces/territories). Telephone Orders
Clients may contact us toll free (within Canada and United States) by telephone at 1-877-CUPSTUF (287-7883) or (905) 939-2833 (long distance charges will apply). We accept payment by Money Order, American Express, Visa and Mastercard. Telephone orders utilizing a credit card will be billed in Canadian funds and a credit card receipt will accompany your order. Please note that residents of Ontario will be charged 8% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) and 6% federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) per order. Residents of Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick will be charged 14% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) per order and all residents of Canada will be charged 6% federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) per order. Clients paying by Money Order must ensure that payment is made via an International Money Order so that payment is cashable in Canada. Our clients in the United States purchasing a money order from the U.S. Postal Service should request the International or peach coloured border money order to reduce delivery delay.
Facsimile (Fax) Orders
Clients may order from Cupstuff via facsimile (fax) by utilizing our fax form HERE . Send the form to our offices at (905) 939-7152. Payment may be made by credit card (Visa, American Express or Mastercard) in Canadian funds or by International Money Order in either U.S. or Canadian funds. Please ensure that all address, payment and product information (including size) is complete. All credit card orders will be sent the next business day and all orders with payment by Money Order will be sent the next business day after payment is received.
Mail Orders
Clients should complete the facsimile (fax) order form HERE and mail it with payment information (if paying by credit card) or accompanied by an International Money Order. All mail orders should be sent to:
