When will my order arrive?

Cupstuff ships to any address throughout the world, including post office boxes and business addresses. All items are shipped the next business day via Canada Post airmail. Each client will be notified via email of an expected delivery date. Clients in the eastern United States and Canada can expect delivery within five business days, clients on the west coast of Canada and the United States can expect delivery within seven business days. Clients outside of Canada and the United States can expect delivery anywhere from two to five weeks (depending on the country and the postal network within which the parcel travels). More expedient methods of delivery can be arranged by contacting our staff at 1-877-CUPSTUF (287-7883) or (905) 939-2833 or shipping inquiries may be directed to wecare@cupstuff.com.


What payment methods do you accept?

Cupstuff accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express via our 1-877-CUPSTUF (287-7883) toll free line and Visa, Mastercard and JCB credit cards via our SSL encrypted e-commerce option through Worldpay. All clients wishing to transact via facsimile and mail may pay in their choice of International Money Order, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Payment via credit card will be completed in Canadian funds while Money Orders (made payable to Cupstuff Ltd.) will be accepted in U.S. or Canadian currencies.


What is your return policy and can I get my money back if not satisfied?

Client satisfaction is our primary concern at Cupstuff. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us within 60 days of the date of purchase and we will correct the issue to your satisfaction immediately.
We will provide you with a refund request number (this number must be included with your item when returned or it will NOT be accepted). Upon receipt of your merchandise, Cupstuff will immediately replace the garment (as previously agreed upon) or refund your payment. E-Commerce payments will be credited directly to the credit card account used for the transaction (in U.S. funds). Credit Card payments by telephone will be credited directly to the credit card used for the transaction (in CDN funds). Money Order payments will be reimbursed with a cheque from Cupstuff in the amount of the returned item(s). Please note that shipping charges will also be fully refunded if the entire order is returned.


How safe is it using my credit card over the internet?

Shopping on-line with Cupstuff is safe and secure because we utilize Worldpay our e-commerce partner. Worldpay is based in Virginia, U.S.A. and Cambridge, United Kingdom which uses state of the art SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to encrypt your sensitive personal and financial data, such as your credit card information. The use of the SSL technology ensures the safe use of your credit card information on the Cupstuff site. Cupstuff and Worldpay are committed to safeguarding your privacy and will not disclose information from our transactions unless required by law. Your information will be kept confidential and will not be released to any outside agency. If you require any additional information about Worldpay, their website is www.worldpay.com.


How can I get on your mailing list?

You may enter your email address information at the appropriate section on our home page or you may contact us at wecare@cupstuff.com with your request and you will be added immediately for future specials and exclusive offers. This information will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any outside agency unless required by law.


How can I order that product in a different team, style or size?

Some products are available only in certain teams, styles and sizes from our suppliers. However, sometimes we can obtain similar products in other teams, styles and sizes. If you are searching for an item that we do not carry, contact us via email at wecare@cupstuff.com or by telephone at 1-877-CUPSTUF (287-7883) and we will try to accommodate your request. In some cases it may take some time, but we have been successful with some items in the past.


I am not sure what size will fit best. Can I get some help?

Our staff are experts on our products and can help you with that proper size to put you at ease.If there are any problems with the sizing when your package arrives, just let us know and upon receipt of the original merchandise, we will send you the proper size.
